Xmas Eve

It was the night before Christmas and it was a good’n, nothing was stirring not even the pudd’n.

Then from the East came a wonderful site, a slay pulled by reindeer flew by in the night. In the front seat was a man dressed in red with rosy red cheeks and a red hat on his head.

On the back of the sled were sacks full of toys, he flew through the sky without any noise, looking for children who had asked for the toys.

He gave me a wave as he journeyed on, I went to wave back but he had gone.

Was it really Santa I’d seen or was it just a wonderful dream?
